By accessing or using the Drift website at dancedrift.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Event Registration
Event registration is processed through DanceCompGenie, a third-party platform with its own terms and policies. Registration fees, deadlines, and refund policies are stated at the time of registration. Drift event dates, venues, and faculty are subject to change.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, music, choreography recordings, and software — is the property of Transcendent Productions or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The “Drift” name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Transcendent Productions. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. Photography & Recording
By attending a Drift event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. These recordings may be used on the Site, social media, and promotional materials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scraping content, or using the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transcendent Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to errors in schedule data or reliance on information provided on the Site.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
